Grade 10 Math Success Program

A small group program designed to strengthen core concepts and prepare students for Grade 11 math.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for Grade 10 students who:

  • Feel unsure about key concepts

  • Need a stronger foundation before Grade 11

Program Structure

  • Small group setting (maximum 5 students)

  • 1 session per week

  • 4 sessions per month

How Sessions Work

All sessions are conducted online in a small group setting designed to keep students engaged and actively involved.

Students are encouraged to participate, solve problems, and think through each step, rather than just watch. Each concept is taught with clear, step-by-step guidance to ensure understanding.

Sessions are interactive and supportive, allowing students to ask questions and build confidence as they learn.

Recordings are provided after each session, so students can review the material at any time or catch up if they are unable to attend.

Curriculum Alignment

Lessons are aligned with the Ontario curriculum and adjusted to match what students are currently learning in school, whether in Canada or the United States.

We focus not only on understanding math concepts, but also on building students’ confidence.

Experience has shown that confidence plays a major role in a student’s performance and overall success in math.

Commitment & Expectations

Consistent practice is essential for success in math. Students are expected to actively participate and complete assigned work between sessions.

A one-month commitment is required to begin and see meaningful progress.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations

  • Missed classes can be reviewed through lesson recordings

  • If a lesson is canceled, a makeup session will be provided

Getting Started

Families are welcome to begin with a one-month commitment to experience the program.

Many students choose to continue into the summer to strengthen their foundation and feel prepared for Grade 11.

Start Dates

New groups are formed on an ongoing basis based on availability and level.

Once a suitable group is formed, families will be notified with the schedule and next steps.

  • Limited to 5 students per group

  • Class runs with a minimum of 2 students

  • Online sessions (Zoom)
